Our Jersey cows are grass-fed in our mountain meadow and their sweet yellow cream makes the best butter!
Hand skimmed, churned, washed and salted with sea salt, hand pressed and packed into blocks.
Available as a pack of two frozen blocks weighing 180 grams each for a total weight of 360 grams.
